WSU Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Learning Center is pleased to bring these
educational opportunities to child care providers, parents, teachers,
school administrators, business leaders, public safety officials,
civic and community activists, community drug prevention coalitions, public health
providers and any other community
partners who may be interested. The WSU Learning Center is also proud to offer training programs to members of the Cowlitz and Wahkiakum

Certified Covey Training in Longview - The 7 Habits for Managers From the Stephen Covey Best Seller “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” Program Brochure (.pdf format)

The Washington Small Business Development Center and Washington State University Learning Center are proud to offer this two-day workshop that focuses exclusively on the management applications of The 7 Habits, giving managers the tools to take initiative, resolve conflicts, and unleash the talents and passions of their teams. Designed to help managers and supervisors perform their roles effectively, this workshop will help you apply principles from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to create balance in a healthy, cohesive work environment. Experience the lessons of leadership taught by world-renowned expert Stephen R. Covey.
This two-day intensive workshop, The 7 Habits for Managers, features never-before-released material from Dr. Covey addressing issues and concerns of today's managers and leaders using the principles of The 7 Habits. The Small Business Development Center is providing a Covey Certified Facilitator for this program.
Seminar dates are Thursday, April 17 and Friday, April 18, 2008, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days. The seminar will take place on the Lower Columbia College campus in Longview, WA. Registration is restricted to organizations with less than 300 employees. Course cost is $395.00 for both days (* 1/2 of standard fees charged by Franklin Covey).
