HISTORY
Washington State University has over 100 years of experience serving the needs of the state as a land-grant institution. With a three-prong mission of teaching, research and public service, WSU’s contemporary realization of its mission includes urban campuses, distance degree programs and ten community based learning centers. These centers combine the "high-tech" delivery methods of distance education with the "high-touch" approach of on-site staff.
