p.m. or by special arrangement. No late admittance.
TEST INFORMATION: This is a series of 5 tests: Language Arts, Reading ...........................65 minutes Language Arts, Writing ...........................120 minutes Mathematics...........................................90 minutes Science..................................................80 minutes Social
Studies..........................................70 minutes RESULTS: Test
results are confidential and given to you in person, or will be mailed
to you upon request.
After you successfully complete the testing series, an official
score report will be available.
It takes about 10 days for the actual GED certificate to come
from the state office. RETEST
POLICY: If
you do not pass a GED test, you may retest in another session. You need not retake the whole battery,
only those tests on which you did not receive a passing score. An average score of 450 on the series
of tests must be obtained to pass, with no single score lower than 410. Fees to retake are $17 for the Language
Arts-Writing test and $15 for each of the others. If you are transferring test results from another site, the testing fee will be $17 for the Language Arts-Writing test and $15 for each of the others. PREPARATION: Contact

preparation and pre-testing. TIME
LIMIT: Scores from before January 1, 2002, are no longer accepted
for the G.E.D. series. People who did not successfully complete the
entire battery of tests before that date will need to start over in
the new series and pay the $75 testing fee. |
