Transfer Information

Students who have completed their Associates of Arts Degree (a "transfer degree") at a community college, or who have completed at least 27 semester credits or 40 quarter credits of transferable lower division coursework at a community college to accredited four-year college or university, may transfer into a Washington State University program.

Be sure to talk with a transfer advisor early to make sure you are taking the courses you need for the degree program you would like to study.

For students planning to transfer to the Pullman campus, it is recommended that you apply by March 1st for fall semester, by October 1st for spring semester, and by April 1st for summer session.

You can apply for admission to WSU at:

Applicants are considered for admission based on course work completed at the time the application is submitted. Once work is completed, students must send an official copy of their final transcript to the Office of Admissions at their campus of choice.
